Lascelles Abercrombie (9th January 1881- 27th October 1938)
Lascelles Abercrombie (also known as the Georgian Laureate) was a British poet and literary critic.
He was unfit for military service so did not fight in the First World War.
After the war Abercrombie became a respected professor.
