Committee Meetings and AGM
The elected committee members, as well as other members of the committee, interested parents, teachers and friends of the school meet on a regular basis, usually once per term. The Committee meetings are vital in directing the priorities of the PTFA and in helping us to spend your money wisely! Our AGM is normally held at the beginning of Term 1, and is an opportunity for all parents, teachers and members of the local community to come along and hear in more detail about events run, funds raised, and how the money has been spent.
It is also the occasion when we elect our new Chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer, and fill the many other roles, as described previously, within the PTFA.
There is also time for a chat with other parents over a glass of wine and nibbles.
